Each room is outfitted with top notch HP printer, monitors, wireless mouse and keyboard and even portable desks should you want to work in bed. Not to mention the countless seating areas if you care to bring your work to the patio, courtyards, by the soothing zen waterfall fountain or even on the lush greenbelts near the lake -Bedrooms. Both suites feature top notch Lucid and Ashley queen memory foam beds. Both are noted as being very comfortable by our guests and boast 5 star product reviews from tens of thousands, too. They also promote movement isolation to ensure a restful night even if you are sharing the bed with any wild or sleepers. Each offers varying soft/firmness should you want to pull a “Goldilocks” and find which is your perfect match. In our continued efforts to provide the best night of sleep, we also provide ear plugs and sleep masks for our especially sensitive sleeping guests.

We are the the West most residence on the North Shore of our beautiful Tempe Town Lake that provides unparalleled views and access to the lake and all its countless recreational offerings. We are in a shared community of wonderfully friendly neighbors that aim to enjoy all the best of what Tempe/Phoenix have to offer. Truly a little oasis amongst our beloved Phoenix desert with access to everything from a pool, hot tub, kayaking, paddle boards, pedal boats, ping pong, cornhole, giant jenga, fire pits, a putting green, biking, scooters, and soooo much more. :)
